Stowpoint Services Limited is an indigenous oil and gas servicing company incorporated in 2017 with administrative office in Lagos Nigeria. We have a team of competent professionals for quality supply and delivery of our clients needs.

Our team of professionals with vast experience in the oil and gas industry and other related industries to carry out Procurement Support services, Supply of Commodities/Production Chemicals, provision of swamp/earth moving equipment, Marine services, Civil works and provision of skilled Manpower etc.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT


INTRODUCTION

This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by Stowpoint Services Limited (SPS) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.SPS is committed to ensuring that our business has no involvement in modern slavery or human trafficking. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. SPS will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY & HUMAN TRACFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Policies reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and in our supply chains. Accompanying this is our Code of Conduct company policy which outlines our expectations regarding employees’ behavior towards their colleagues, supervisors and the overall organization. We promote freedom of expression and open communication, Whistleblowing Policy which provides a system for our employees to escalate slavery and human trafficking issues and breaches of our Group policies. Our policies are reviewed annually. There have been no breaches or suspected breaches so far.

TRAINING

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business, in our supply chains and in our business partners, we provide relevant in-house training to our colleagues. Under our Supplier Code of Conduct we also require our business partners to provide regular and relevant training to their staff and suppliers.
